How can I pay my monthly bill?

Select Pay bill to visit our billing partner at ispbill.com. Check your account and payment details there before completing your payment.

My connection is slow. What should I do?

Try a wired connection, pause background downloads, and run a speed test. If the problem continues, call 09643-115116 or submit a complaint with your PPPoE username. Do not send your password.

Is service available at my address?
